Constructive criticism is an effective tool to improve service delivery. In addressing the complaint we will ensure that information is restricted only to those who genuinely need to be notified.  Addressed concerns will be kept confidential as much as possible, If information specific to the complaint needs to be disclosed to others during its resolution, the complainant will be informed.
If the complainant wishes, they may continue to remain anonymous.
